Independent Sales Representative (Panhandle / Amarillo Territory)

This is a fully remote position; however, all applicants should reside in or around the listed territory for ease of client visits and relationship building.

TX Ink began in 2002 as a small, family-run screen print shop. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted, full-service custom apparel and promotional products provider. From schools and small businesses to large brands and events, we help people tell their stories through high-quality, custom gear.

We’re currently looking for an Independent Sales Representative to help us grow our client base and bring our values-driven service to more people. This is a flexible, commission-based position ideal for a self-starter with strong people skills and a passion for creative solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to new sales prospects in your network and community
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and communication
• Collaborate with our in-house design and production teams to deliver custom solutions
• Quote jobs, submit orders, and help manage project timelines
• Utilize tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and HubSpot to manage your pipeline
• Represent TX Ink with professionalism and enthusiasm at events, meetings, and more

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales (experience in apparel or promotional products is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and similar systems (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Must reside in your sales territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit clients
